Helias, Blair Oaks off to State Championship

Two Mid-Missouri high schools will play Saturday for state championships.

The Helias Crusaders defeated the Harrisonville Wildcats 13-7 to advance to the Class 4 championship where they’ll take on Webb City, who defeated St. Mary’s (St. Louis) 47-7.  The game will kick off at 11am Saturday November 24th.

The Blair Oaks Falcons will also head to the Edward Jones Dome to play in the Class 2 championship after their 46-32 victory over Holden.  They’ll face Lamar in the title game after the Tigers dismantled Caruthersville 69-12.  The game will kick at 2:15pm on November 24th.

You can hear both games on the Zimmer Sports Network with the Crusaders playing on KWOS 950AM and the Falcons playing immediately following on KAT Country 94.3.  Stay tuned to the Zimmer Sports Network for details throughout the week.
