Career Nights Propel Mizzou Women

Behind career performances from Bri Kulas and Morgan Eye, Missouri improved to 6-2.

Eye had a career high in points and assists while Kulas had a career high in points and rebounds as the Tigers beat Tennessee-Martin 82-71 Monday Night.

It was a back and forth contest between the two teams as neither could gain an advantage until late in the second half when Mizzou pulled away, going up by as many as 13 to seal the game for the Tigers.

Eye was the leading scorer in the game with her career high 26 points, including a school record 8 three pointers.  She also had a career high 6 assists to lead the team.  Bri Kulas also set 2 career highs in the game, scoring 20 points and picking up 14 rebounds.

Mizzou improves to 6-2 on the season and has a quick turnaround as they welcome in-state rival Missouri State to Mizzou Arena Thursday at 7pm.  Pregame coverage begins at 6:45pm on your home for the Mizzou Tigers, ESPN 100.5 and Total Sports Station 103.1 KTGR.
