The Cardinals bullpen woes continued Sunday.
Milwaukee rallied for 3 runs in the final three innings and won 4-3 in extra innings.
St Louis took the lead at 3-0 after a towering Matt Adams home run in the fourth inning.
Cardinal pitchers carried an impressive streak into the game, having not allowed a run in 32 innings prior to the contest. They extended the streak to 39 before Ryan Braun homered in the 8th off Trevor Rosenthal to make the score 3-2.
In the 9th, Yuniesky Betencourt doubled off Mitchell Boggs to tie the game. Milwaukee won it in the 10th with a home run by Jonathan Lucroy. Fernando Salas took the loss.
