The St. Louis Cardinals managed just three hits off Hyung-Jin Ryu, and four hits overall, as the Los Angeles Dodgers shut out the Redbirds, 3-0.

The Dodgers earned their first win of the series’ first three games with two runs in the fourth on an Adrian Gonzalez double and a Yasiel Puig triple. Ryu did the rest, striking out four while allowing three hits and one walk.

Adam Wainwright was a tough-luck loser with seven innings of two-run ball. Hanley Ramirez added an RBI-single charged to Kevin Siegrist in the eighth inning as an insurance run.

Los Angeles cut the St. Louis lead in the series to a 2-1 advantage in the best-of-seven matchup. The Dodgers and Cards meet Tuesday for Game Four, with Lance Lynn facing Ricky Nolasco at 6:12 on KTGR.
