The St. Louis Bud Light Braggin’ Rights Game between Missouri and Illinois has been extended six years through the 2017 season.

The announcement came at a joint press conference with both Head Coaches and both Athletic Directors. This year marks the 32nd straight meeting between Missouri and Illinois in St. Louis dating back to the old St. Louis Arena.

Illinois holds a 20-11 series advantage, including a nine-game winning streak between 2000 and 2008. The Tigers have won each of the last three contests since 2009.

This year’s Braggin’ Rights Game takes place on Saturday, December 22nd at 5PM, will take place on ESPN2 and heard on the Zimmer Sports Network.
