The Rams fell to the Chicago Bears yesterday by a final of 23-6.
Sam Bradford was sacked 6 times in the game and the Rams had just 160 yards of total offense throughout the game. Greg Zuerlein was the lone offensive bright spot, connecting on both FG attempts from 56 and 46 yards.
The Rams defense was not bad on Sunday. Chris Long had 2 sacks and James Laurinaitis had 11 solo tackles, but it wasn’t enough as Major Wright took a Sam Bradford pass back the other way for a 45 yd INT return for a TD. Michael Bush had a TD run and Robbie Gould added 3 FG’s of his own to secure the win for the Bears.
St. Louis is now 1-2 on the year and return home to the Edwards Jones Dome next Sunday for a noon kickoff against the Seattle Seahawks. It’ll be the second rookie QB the Rams have faced this year in Russell Wilson. Pregame coverage begins Sunday at 11am on your home for the St. Louis Rams, ESPN 100.5 KTGR.
