Baltimore defeats KC in Low Scoring Affair

Kansas City was back at home Sunday afternoon against the Baltimore Ravens and was in the game until the end.

The Chiefs held the Ravens under 10 for the first time all season, limiting Baltimore to just 9 points on the day.  The Chiefs offense, however, failed to find the endzone on the day.  Baltimore won the game 9-6.

The final score overshaddowed a strong day by RB Jamaal Charles, who had 140 yards on 30 carries.  QB Matt Cassel was 9/15 for 92 yards and 2 INT’s on the day before leaving with a head injury in the 4th quarter.  Brady Quinn entered the game, going 3/3 for 32 yards.

Kansas City falls to 1-4 on the season following the loss.  They’re also 0-3 on the season in Arrowhead Stadium.  They’re on the road, seeking their second victory of the season, to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers next Sunday in Tampa.  The game will kick off at Noon on CBS.
